Bedford Tire Service is a mobile repair company specializing in on-road breakdown assistance. Our goal is to diagnose issues with on-highway vehicles and determine the best course of action to safely return the unit to service.
If parts are available at the time of diagnostics, an additional $2.00 per mile fee will be added to the original mileage quoted during the initial call.
Incorrectly ordered or unsuitable parts will be subject to a restocking fee.
Please note: not all vehicles can be repaired roadside. When necessary, Bedford Tire Service may recommend wrecker services.
Bedford Tire Service is not liable for any damage sustained prior to our service.
We do not guarantee roadside repairs; however, we will make every effort to provide professional, informed service.
For fuel-related service calls, Bedford Tire Service will supply fuel and assist with priming the truck. Any damage caused prior to our arrival—such as over-cranking or battery issues—remains the customer’s responsibility.
Customers must move their vehicle to a safe location for fuel transfer.
If diagnostic codes are present, a computer diagnostics fee will apply to ensure accurate troubleshooting.
Call-Out Fees: Separate daytime and nighttime rates apply.
Minimum Fee: A two-hour minimum charge applies per service call.
Mileage Fees: Travel costs to and from the repair site will be billed per mile.
Diagnostics Fee: Charged when computer diagnostics are performed.
Administrative Fee: Applied to every service call.
Parts: Billed once diagnostics are complete.
Credit Card Transactions: Subject to a 3% processing fee.
By signing below, the company or its representative authorizes Bedford Tire Service to perform diagnostics and/or repairs based on agreed-upon quotes.
The company acknowledges that Bedford Tire Service is not responsible for loss or damage outside of its control, including theft, fire, or parts availability delays.
If repairs are stopped for any reason, the company remains responsible for all services rendered up to that point.
In the event of unpaid invoices, Bedford Tire Service reserves the right to arrange for a wrecker and take ownership of the vehicle until payment is received in full by the accounts receivable department.
